As a cover artist for Pique Newsmagazine I am required to pitch an idea and work with the editor and art director to achieve a meaningful result. In this role I tend to highlight one focal point and utilize bold colours, a layered background and thoughtful typography to complete a piece of artwork that will stand out from the stack.
